This gives your customers the ability to use their everyday phone extension or mobile/desktop app to control the features of their telephone extension through natural speech! Ask for your extension to "make a call to Allan Jackson" and the AI will search your address book and complete the call. Ask your extension, "Enable Do Not Disturb" and the AI will take care of the rest.
