What personal data do we collect and how does ioTRAN use it?

Access:  Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). Correction:  Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

Deletion:  Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Third-Party contractors

We may appoint sub-contractor data processors as required to operate the Site, in particular: employees who work for our affiliated companies, IT staff who maintain our network infrastructure, third-party service providers to assist us with client surveys and feedback, third-party service providers who assist us with social media insight, Google Analytics and HubSpot, professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, governmental or regulatory authorities, third party recruitment firms, leased engineers from specialized contracting agencies, third party email marketing providers, employees of the manufacturer of products or services that we resell, who will process personal data on our behalf and at our direction. We conduct an appropriate level of due diligence and put in place necessary contractual documentation in relation to any sub-contractor data processor to ensure that they process personal data appropriately, securely, and according to our legal and regulatory obligations.

Disclosure and transfer of your personal data

If you are based within the European Economic Areas, please note that where necessary to operate the Site we will transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Areas and other Company entities.

When doing so we will comply with our legal and regulatory obligations in relation to the personal data including a lawful basis for transferring personal data and putting appropriate safeguards in place to ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal data.
