With this free test, your result will show one of the following:
• Level A - Highest trust level
• Level B - Medium trust level
• Level C - Lowest trust level
If you are not receiving a level "A", your outbound calls may show up as unknown, spam, or even go straight to voicemail. In addition, the test should show your company as the one who signed the call and not your traffic provider.
If your current traffic provider or carrier is signing your outbound calls on your behalf, it is very possible that they currently sign your calls with level "A" today, but will eventually sign your calls as a "B" or "C" if you do not sign your calls directly on your current platform or system.
