Description
The ioPROVISION module provides SIP phone and device provisioning on the ioTRAN class 5 Softswitch (ioPLATFORM). With the ever-increasing requirement to reduce customer support costs, truck rolls, and lost productivity, service providers need every technical tool they can utilize to mitigate these issues. The ioPROVISION module delivers the ability to pre-program SIP phones and devices from any location. Once programmed the phone or device can be shipped to a user location ready to use. In addition, the device can be updated at any time remotely with any new changes or updates including firmware. Previously complex remote phone reboots become a simple button click in a web browser.
