The ioCNAM module provides inbound and outbound Caller ID NAME control on the ioTRAN class 5 Softswitch (ioPLATFORM). Many businesses and residential users prefer to display their company or personal name when calling another party or receive the company or personal name of someone calling them. The ioCNAM module provides access and control to this feature when paired with ioPBX, ioTRUNK, and/or ioRESIDENTIAL modules.

ioCNAM module integrates with the following modules:

• ioPBX – Integrated PBX functionality module
